Centura Health is a faith-based, not-for-profit health care organization formed in 1996 by Catholic Health Initiatives and Adventist Health System. Centura Health’s mission is to extend the healing ministry of Christ by caring for those who are ill and by nurturing the health of the people in our communities.

As Colorado's largest health care system, Centura Health serves people throughout the metro Denver area, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Cañon City, and several mountain communities. Our system encompasses 12 hospitals, eight senior living facilities, and Centura Health at Home, which includes home care, hospice, infusion, home medical equipment and oxygen services.
